The journey from ancient and traditional cuisine to modern cuisine.

Friends go a little way today. To see how half a century ago when communication was not as fast and advertising was not common, how and what was our daily food? The need to analyze everyday foods from the past to the present seems to be the basic necessity of living without which it is not possible to survive. Food is needed by the body. Our body receives from these foods the essential and useful ingredients for its healthy growth. Essential and proper food is not only important for physical development but it is also important for human health. The purpose of consuming food is not just to feed the hunger or to change the taste of the mouth, but its purpose is to meet the physical needs. Hunger is simply an expression of the body's needs and a source of affection and attraction to taste, aroma or color and textured foods.

If we review our daily diet, the highest amount of grains is in it. Cereals include only two varieties, one wheat and the other rice. Other than these two grains, no other type of cereal is included in our daily diet. The food house, whether outside of hotels or restaurants or fast food, is the most commonly consumed wheat cereal and then the second highest rice. Both of these grains have the highest dessert or sugar. The results also show that now everyone else will suffer from diabetes. No longer an imprisonment for age, diabetes patients are now commonplace in their youth. Forty-five years ago, the consumption of wheat was very low in our normal daily diet. The use of yoghurt and cinnamon was common. Especially in winter season with night sauce or plow with beans or cinnamon bread and milk and fresh butter in the morning with corn butter or sesame bread and ڏڌ. If Ratoko is a flood of sauces or plates, touch gold. Along with them, the use of rice helps to keep the sugar levels within the body within the proper range because the starch and dessert are very small in the cereal and cereal grains. It remained intact for the late seventies but then rapidly dissipated. The yoghurt and the herd were excluded from our daily diet and replaced with wheat. Keeping in view the demand and supply, our growers also stop cultivating these crops, wheat is a rabi crop which is sown in November-December and harvested in March-April, when there are crops of Jowar and Dajahar-Kharif. Instead, growers grow shrubs and cane plants. White sugar is formed from sugarcane which in turn makes it a part of our diet. White sugar is known in the world as poisonous fish. The weeding crop is a cash crop so the farmer is ready to do everything to protect it and produce more. Each year millions of dangerous poisons are used as agricultural pesticides, with 70% of poisonous medicines being used only on women. The widespread use of such poisons has poisoned our atmosphere, land and water on the one hand, and on the other hand hundreds of species of birds, animals and insects have been eradicated.
For five years now, our daily diet has been very balanced and adapted to our circumstances and needs. It was unaffected by advertising, so fresh, according to the season's natural needs, was pure and simple, but the poor proportion of the poor was even better than it was today. When the body's dietary needs are better met, it naturally strengthens the immune system, thus reducing the need for medicines and regimen.
For the last forty years, cereals like yogurt and cinnamon have been completely eliminated from our daily diet. The younger generation is unfamiliar with their taste, new growers have become unfamiliar with their cultivation and care. In addition, it has another impact on live stock. After separating the grains from the jowar and sorghum crops, the remaining bananas were used for the feeding of dairy animals. The storage and transportation of cloves was much simpler and less expensive, and it remained safe for much longer than wheat. Dried bananas, along with dried banana grass, proved to be the cheapest and best meal. Often, the roof of the cocaine house and the deck would be prepared from jars and dry ears of cinnamon. Both were crops that benefited everyone and the environment was clean because they were not used to poisoning. At present, the second crop from the irrigated area of Sindh has been extinct.
The English name of the juror is Sorghum. There are many species of it, of which a few species are useful for grain production, but most are used only as fodder. Perennial crop is grown in soils in every kind of soil and this water also grows less. Naturally, shrimp plants have the ability to not die in long dry season and move into hibernation, then become lukewarm again after receiving a little water. The roots of shrimp plants grow deep in the ground and are helpful in increasing soil fertility. The worst famine occurred in Ethiopia in the 80s, in which millions of people died due to prolonged periods of water and food shortages. Due to prolonged drying and degradation of water, the fields increased fertility. In cases where the seeds of other crops and plants were not sporadically sown or burned soon after transplanting, the pods were highly successful.
